| Crabtree Jewelers was established in 1972, as a manufacturer of one of a kind and limited edition silver and gold jewelry. Joan, a multi line jewelry representative and jewelry designer met Stephen, a fine jeweler in his store in Naples, Florida in 1997. Together, they have combined their unique skills and experience to expand services that include design, fabrication, manufacturing, importing and distribution. Turquoise Crab was a natural metamorphosis of their creative talents, influenced by requests for exceptional and unique jewelry by their many wholesale accounts, primarily Gallery Stores and Museum Stores. More recently, Joan and Stephen moved to Bocas Del Toro, Panama with their young twins, Jesse and Jaden. They are the owners and operators of Careening Cay Resort, also home of the popular Cosmic Crab Cafe and their own retail store, Treasures of the Turquoise Crab.
